La chair est triste hélas

Anna Mouglalis performs Ovidie's text alone on stage: a first-person account of her decision to cut off all relationships with men. Halfway between feminist pamphlet and sociological study, it mixes anger, despair and dark humor. The title is a wink to Mallarmé, and the idea recalls Aristophanes' Lysistrata.
