The show

Age: ages 8 and up
Duree: about 55 min
Creation: 2024
Choregraphie: Pauline Yvard

The Le Mans company Contr'pied presents its latest creation, a choreographic piece about nature, vegetation, and the time that leaves its traces on them, with an underlying question: what landscapes do we want for tomorrow?

On stage, a female dancer and a male dancer move alongside a wall of ten ballot boxes, two meters tall. Inside, small landscapes made of plastic materials, mirrors, and light come into motion through sensors and programmed electronics: the set reacts, constrains the performers, and the musician plays live with the sound of the scenography.

Choreography: Pauline Yvard, who dances with Paul Grassin. Live music: Sébastien Le Mentec. Ballot-box electronics: Thomas Guimezanes. Lighting: Florian Laze. All ages from 8, about 55 minutes.
