More about Jim and Jump

Jim and Jump is a covered, heated, and air-conditioned indoor play park of 1,500 m², located in the university district of Le Mans, near the ice rink. Designed specifically for children ages 9 months to 12 years, it has three structures suited to each age group, letting kids burn energy safely by jumping, climbing, crawling, and tackling skill challenges.

Toddlers (9 months–2 years) have a dedicated area, children ages 2–4 have an intermediate zone, and children ages 3–12 can explore a maze of some forty activities, slides, and a ball pit, plus a trampoline area and arcade games.

While the kids play, parents can relax in a lounge corner with Wi-Fi, board games, and magazines; a snack area is open until 6 PM. Jim and Jump also hosts birthday parties, with private rooms and package options. A few rules apply: clean socks are required, outside food is not allowed (except baby food and water), an adult must be present at all times, and there is a €1 surcharge with restricted access for unaccompanied teens (ages 13–17).

A bit of history

The site at 3 rue Louis Harel de la Noé, in the Ribay ZAC in Le Mans, has hosted an indoor children's play park since the early 2000s: the company Family Zen, registered on June 17, 2003, at that same address for a leisure and entertainment business, was its first operator.

In November 2013, a new company was created under the name “Jim and Jump” at the same address, marking the change of brand and management of the park; Family Zen ceased operations in 2019. Since then, Jim and Jump has continued to run the site as an indoor play park for families in Le Mans and its surrounding area, currently employing between 6 and 9 staff members.
