The screening

French-Irish filmmaker Alexander Murphy comes to present his second film, Irish Travellers, selected this year for Critics' Week at Cannes.

Along a forgotten road, the O'Reilly family lives in an old caravan stranded in the middle of the fields. Pa, Lisa, and their ten children move through the seasons, threatened with eviction but faithful to their traditions. A tender, respectful portrait of this nomadic community that faces discrimination in Ireland.

Irish Travellers, Alexander Murphy, 2026, 1 hr 36 min, documentary. Screening followed by a discussion with the director.
