Disaster: Santa doesn't want to be Santa anymore! He dreams of changing careers, even though Christmas is only a few days away and the presents still need loading. Luckily, his friend Roce, the fairy, will try to convince him to hold off on his career change until after the holidays, and asks Archibald, the head reindeer, for help holding the line. But the presents also need guarding: the nasty witch Danette du Mont Blanc dreams of stealing them, with the help of her sidekick, la Pipelette.
Between crisis management, colorful characters, and big hearts, the fairy Roce has her hands full saving Christmas, but she isn't scared: she loves it! Plenty of humor runs through this Christmas tale, designed to carry kids and parents along together, with a cast of characters as zany as they are endearing.
The show is performed by Maëliss Aguillon, an actress, dancer, and singer trained in musical theater at the Cours Florent, in love with the stage since the age of two and a half and noticed at ten in a musical adaptation of The Lion King. A versatile performer, she is also a director and choreographer with several companies.
Intended for children ages 3 and up, “Le Père Noël en reconversion” plays at the Comédie Le Mans, 37 rue Nationale, December 21 to 30, 2026. A family outing designed to extend the magic of Christmas, full of laughter and tenderness.
