Melissa and Fred in Parents
All dates
- Friday, December 4 at 9:00 PM
- Saturday, December 5 at 9:00 PM

Mélissa Billard and Fred Menuet form the comedy duo Mélissa et Fred, known for parodies of couple and family life that went viral on social media, with more than 70 million views since the lockdown. Fred, the son of a Vendée farmer, and Mélissa, an actress trained at the Cours Florent, met at the 3T theater in Toulouse in the early 2010s, where they shared the stage for more than a decade.
With “Parents,” their new creation, the duo boldly tackles the great upheaval of parenthood. “Before, we had principles; today, we have kids”: the tone is set. Without sugarcoating, the show puts on stage everything parents don’t always dare say out loud: exhaustion, small cowardices, great joys, and the everyday compromises of raising children.
In ten years working together, Mélissa and Fred have created eight shows and drawn more than 200,000 spectators in Paris, Toulouse, and Avignon. Their writing, rooted in observation of real life and personal experience, has earned them loyal audiences, reflected in the 10/10 rating they received on billetreduc.com for this new show, which runs 1h30.
See you at the Comédie Le Mans on December 4, 2026, at 9 PM for this show about parenthood, with as much tenderness as openly acknowledged bad faith.
