Nadia Richard in Pourquoi j'attire les connards ?

“Are you tired of running into jerks too? You're in the right place!” In her first show, Nadia Richard tells her love story with humor and without holding back, a story of failed dates and accumulated disillusionment. She shares her valuable advice for regaining self-confidence and taking back control of your love life, in a one-woman show of 1 hr 10 min that is as funny as it is liberating.

An actress and content creator, Nadia Richard became known on social media, where she has more than 350,000 followers. With humor and an openly feminist touch, she encourages empowerment, self-confidence, and healthy relationships there, themes she naturally carries onto the stage in this first show.

Between stand-up and confession, Nadia Richard builds a narrative in which self-mockery lets her take on the toxic mechanisms of romantic relationships head-on, with no wallowing and no moralizing, but with an infectious energy that immediately brings the audience to her side. Her closeness with her online community shows in her direct, friendly rapport with the room.

With 191 reviews and a 10/10 rating, Pourquoi j'attire les connards ? confirms Nadia Richard's place among the new female voices of French stand-up. At the Comédie Le Mans, she will deliver a moment that is as cathartic as it is hilarious, somewhere between settling scores and slyly slipped-in life advice.
