Patty Bernard

Patty Bernard

Patty Bernard describes herself without pretense: “To describe her, she's more Bernard than Patty. A strong woman, yes. But at what cost?” Behind the armor is a genuinely hypersensitive woman who doesn't know how to fake it. Blunt and unfiltered, in her one-woman show she says out loud what many people live through in silence, between laughter and emotion.

A former caregiver, Patty Bernard draws part of her material from her years in hospitals, which she recounts with sarcasm and a keen sense of the absurd. She also became known on social media through recurring comedy characters, notably Kelly and Jackie, before developing her own solo show, which she takes on tour across France, from La Rochelle to Marseille, including Aix-en-Provence and Paris.

Her show, 1 hr 15 min, is announced for all ages and plays on November 28, 2026 at the Comédie Le Mans, 37 rue Nationale. It received a perfect 10/10 on billetreduc (44 reviews), a sign of the enthusiastic response from Le Mans audiences to a proposal that is both funny and touching.

Blending personal anecdotes, self-deprecation, and a sharp view of women's lives today, Patty Bernard delivers a stand-up that doesn't try to please at any cost but aims to tell the truth, even if it means challenging some received ideas about strength and vulnerability.
