Festival Bebop - Friday

The 2026 Festival Bebop kicks off on Friday at the Centre des Expositions in Le Mans at 6:30 PM, with a tight lineup of six contemporary acts. THIBAUT presents a new album born from a collaboration with Bastien Burger, evoking in turn “the elegance of Barbara, the beautiful weirdness of Christophe, or the groove of Christine and the Queens.” THÉA, a rising figure in hyperpop and emo, comes to present her EP “Comète” and her single “h4rdr0ck3r.” The duo JASMINE NOT JAFAR offers live techno inspired by Charli XCX or Cobrah, a hypnotic fusion of voice and synths. The band 47TER, from Bailly in Yvelines, explores adolescent nostalgia and adult disillusionment. SUZANE presents “Millénium,” an album that “hits as hard as it consoles,” between denunciation and protest. Finally, SAM SAUVAGE, a musician from Boulogne-sur-Mer, closes the night with exhilarating pop celebrating joy after dark. An hour and a half before each concert, the Forum Café serves drinks, snack boards, and local tapas to extend the evening. Tickets from €37.50.
