More about Centre des Expositions du Mans

The Le Mans Exhibition Centre, run by Le Mans Événements, is about fifteen minutes from downtown and the TGV station, directly across from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. It has six flexible indoor spaces (from 800 to 6,000 m², all on one level) and 5 hectares of outdoor areas, for a total exhibition space of about 18,000 m², along with a panoramic restaurant and secure parking.

The site can seat or serve up to 3,000 people, and it suits trade and consumer shows, conferences and company meetings, as well as concerts, shows, ballets, one-man shows and festivals. Each year it hosts close to 70 events and about 400,000 visitors, including the landmark Foire du Mans, the flagship fall event with more than 450 exhibitors, an agricultural area, family and food activities, and concerts ("Apéros'Zik").

People come here for a trade show or to wander with the family at the Foire du Mans, in versatile spaces designed for events of every size.

A bit of history

The Le Mans Exhibition Centre is the historic home of the Foire du Mans, now in its 89th edition in 2026, an event that dates back to the 1930s and has developed over the decades around this fairground across from the 24 Hours circuit. The site is now run by Le Mans Événements, which manages both the Exhibition Centre and the organization of the Foire du Mans.

Over time, the facility has grown to include six exhibition buildings of varied styles (exhibition halls, conference rooms, performance spaces, an events space, a panoramic restaurant) covering about 18,000 m² of exhibition space, plus 5 hectares of outdoor areas, so that it can host the annual fair as well as trade shows, conferences and performances.

The Centre today hosts close to 70 events a year, drawing about 400,000 visitors in total. The Foire du Mans remains the flagship event of the season, alongside trade shows such as the Salon Solutions CSE. The public information available does not allow us to precisely date the original construction of the fairground or its successive renovation phases.
